The Zambian Schools First Movement

Our managing experience in the business world has turned us into do-ers, persistent and decisive, with the capability to handle a setback. We want to act fast and make smart decisions based on strong project management.

We always merge the input and ideas into a project plan. With the help of reporting, we create one truth for the entire project team. The project team knows how to deal with disappointment by looking forward: how do we move on? We emphasize on evaluating the situation afterwards.

The ZSF system supports our philosophy and vice versa. That’s why we at ZSF believe that we can accomplish the best primary education in Zambia with a team to combine different perspectives, people and plans.
